Sorry to hear you are rejecting our response Ms[redacted] The invoice clearly says in BOLD LETTERS " all sales are final" we are able to take care of any issue if you let us help youif you are not willing to give us a chance to fix the problem you can't expect a refundwe need to come and diagnose the problemwe can even trade for another washer if our technician finds a major issue with your washerthere can be number of very simple issuesthe drain line is not in proper place or you are over loading etcso we need to come and see what is causing thisthere is a high chance this cannot be a fault on the washer it selfplease answer our calls and schedule an appointmentwe have been trying to call you for three days now.hank you.Used Appliance Outlet

Thank you for your concern,as for our company policy the customers are aware that once they purchase an appliance there are no refundsthat is why we give a warranty periodwe are always there and has kept up with the warranty to take care of the issuethis specific request when the customer called and told us about the issue we have tried many times to reach out to her to come and fix the washerthe customer have to communicate with us and give us a chance to take care of the problem and fix the washerwe are experience technicians and what we do is repair appliances and sell themso the customer have to answer our calls so our technicians can go over to fix the washer so we need this customer to call us and schedule a day and time so we can take care of the issuethis is purely a communication effort.hank you.Used Appliance Outlet

I am rejecting this response because:I am only filing this complaint with the Revdex.com years after purchase, but the washer ceased to spin within the warranty period and you charged us to repair it and within week it stopped working with same problem You came to repair again and still not working in less than days from first repairWhen I called a third time you said you would have to charge me again for another repair, stating it would not be financially feasible for you to come again for no pay! If your repair is not good within days you should make it good, not charge me for another visit! You are wrong to say I did not call you within the 30-day period! I did and then refused repair because you wanted us to pay more You owe us $for a repair that never fixed the problem OR take your washer and dryer back and refund our purchase price This is not right!

In response to this matter its all a miscommunicationafter you used the washer almost years you cant ask for a refundyou have purchased a used appliance. for the past years we were in business we have never sold an appliance with a ONE YEAR warrantyyou have to bring the
invoice to the store showing the one year warranty and I will replace the washerafter I repaired your washer charging you we provide day warranty on that repair we didif you called me within that day period I could have checked on that repair I did over again to find out what went wrongbut you never called me to tell me the repair I did isn't working Ive always honor the warranty period when appliances breakI will not be in business this long if I cheat people out of their moneyhope you will understand the situation and not to ruin my hard earned reputation.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because The used appliance firm in question refuses to recognize that their business practices are too rigid and allow no room to truly satisfy their customers. Policies such as “all sales final” do not take into consideration extenuating circumstances such as the errors made in regard to the used wall oven dimensions and the customer’s wall oven cabinet measurements preventing a match. How simple it would have been for this firm to have been flexible, taken the wall oven back upon our first request, returned what we paid for it (please keep in mind we generously offered to pay the delivery fee and not ask for it to be refunded) then moved on and resold the oven without losing a penny and wasting everyone’s time by dragging it on for weeks. That would have truly been “customer service” resulting in “customer satisfaction” and referrals. As it is, this complaint needs to remain on the Revdex.com site to warn potential customers to not do business with “A Used Appliance Outlet” located at *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** so they can avoid the same emotional, physical and mental harm

Mr*** and his wife visited the store three times before they made the decision on buying the wall oventhey them selves took the measurements at home came back to the store did the measurements on the oven and went back and told us it was the right measurementsWe don’t sell appliances unless
the customer is sure of the measurementsBecause they were so certain of the measurements they called us and wanted to buy the oven and paid us the amount over the phoneThat’s how determine they were to buy the ovenOn the invoice we have stated the sales are final and only if the appliances are at default we will fix with our offered warrantyThis is a very expensive oven so we displayed it on top of a fridge in order to keep it safeThis is a USED APPLIANCE STORESo we do sell dented, scratched used appliancesWhen we delivered the oven, at that moment our delivery person measured the oven in front of Mr*** to make sure it was the right spaceAt that moment Mr*** should have noticed all those said dents on the stoveIt is the customer’s responsibility to be certain of the appliances they buy.Mr*** purchased this wall oven on May He called us to complain about the oven not fitting the space few weeks laterIf he called us the same day or the next day we could have worked out somethingWhen he called us few weeks later we do not know what damages happened to the ovenWhat the electrician or the installer has done when they installed itAfter he called us about his concern he agreed with us and understood where we both standsThe electrician or the install person have to install the oven with the customers provided cablesWe only sell the appliances itself we don’t provide the codes/wires for the installationIf that is the case Mr*** should have communicated with us, asked us the reason we didn’t provide the codesWhen he called the store few weeks later he never mentioned anything of the above complaintsHe mentioned only about the oven not fitting the space and he wants to return itUnfortunately our store policy is no money returnWe take care of our customers and if it is a default of the over we will be more than happy to take care of it with no costWe apologize for the inconvenience

To Whom it May Concern,Allegations, grievances, and slanderous statements filed with the Revdex.com have been falsely made by a customer against my employer and myself. Our customer purchased a stainless steel Jenn Air wall oven at the end of May/beginning of June.  Upon purchase I informed the customer of our all sales final, no refunds, policy which was also located on the sales receipt that they signed.  At the time of delivery I measured the opening within  the customers home and informed them that their opening measurements were identical to the oven measurements, and they likely would have to make modifications to their wall or cabinet for the appliance to fit appropriately.  At this time the customer did not express any further concerns and I returned to the shop.After changing their mind regarding the appliance, the customer requested a refund which I denied per our purchase and refund policy.  At this time they became increasingly agitated and began harassing our store.  Their most recent post alleges that I measured the opening incorrectly and did not want communicate that the appliance would not fit because I was afraid I would lose my job – ultimately lying about the measurements to make a sale. This erroneous statement is false as we are not responsible for measuring the opening prior to sale, only selling the appliance, and customers are advised to do so before purchase. Therefore I  was in no danger of losing employment over a sale that was already made and final per our store’s purchase and refund policy.  These false allegations have the potential to affect my store’s rating within the Revdex.com, the community, and my personal reputation. I would like to request that you remove these posts from your page.
