The only portion of this transaction that I was asked to authorize was a request to purchase gift cards with other gift cardsWe were asked to produce a copy of this policy from the website but we could not locate it online however, it is indicated on the back of the gift card itselfAs for the decision to remove any bonus points collected, that was a central office decision and not authorized here at store level as we do not have the ability to do a removal of pointsFor a full explanation of the rational/justification of this decision you would have to speak with Optimum program itselfThe number is located on the back of the Optimum card

I have all the receipts to prove that I purchased shoppers drug mart gift cards w my credit cardI also spoke to the optimum points representatives and yes they were the ones who removed them yet it was due to complaint from your storeThese points are warranted and should be added back to our points balance
