A Fathers and Sons Roofing

9/25/2012 A Fathers & Sons roofing were suppose to repair a leak in the garage roof. The roof leaked with the next rain. 10/12/2012 I called and was told someone would be out the next day.No one showed or called. 10/16/2012 I call again and someone stated that they would be out. Again no one came and there was no call.10/24/2012 I called again and no one was avalible. I called the City Lic. Dept. and they told me the license number was for a handyman and not a roofing company. Their advertisement in the Smart Shopper list them as a roofing company. Kevin the man that came out to repair the roof told me that they were licensed as roofers. The business card that was given to me has the city lic. number and states specialist in reroofs and repairs. Nothing about handyman.I had a licesened roofer come out. He stated the the other man had only spread tar on the roof and did not do the repair correctly. I have sent a letter to the company requesting a refund. The son of Michael came to my home. I explained the situation and he agreed to give me a refund. I have heard nothing since. I believe this is a company taking advantage of senior citizens. They advertise as roofers and they only have a lic. as a handyman. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
