A Fences Unlimited, L L C

Review: On 07-25-13 I purchased a privacy fence from A Fences Unlimited, LLC which they installed and I was given a Lifetime Installation Warranty. The installation was completed on 7-29-13,and I immediately contacted Mr. [redacted] about my concerns. I am writing to you because I have made many attempts through texting messaging (4 times) and I placed at telephone call (1 time), [redacted] at 1-765-543-5961 about areas of the installation that I had concerns about as follows: Each time I made contact with Mr. [redacted], he was always stated he would stop by the next day to address the issues I had. (1) Remove the old fence post by the gate entrance (2) Attach the panel to the post which has come a loose (by the back fence) (3) On the eastside of the fence address why the panels are not flush to the post, I can still see the screws (4) On the eastside the fence, the panel facing the street and the panel on the eastside are not attached at all As of 8-26-13, I have made no further contact with Mr. [redacted] and nor has he attempted to contact me. I am very disappointed because these simple issues should have been resolved between Mr. [redacted] and myself, without me contacting the Revdex.com. I have been a good customer and I deserve better.
