To Whom It May Concern, The customer in question came in to pick up the dress she had heldThe tag on the dress stated that the dress was $($after sales tax)When the customer responded that the dress had been $dollars we apologized for any miscommunication and assured
*** that the tag had not been changed out or switchedThat is a business practice we would never and have never doneWe would never want to lose the trust of our customers and only strive to give everyone a wonderful experienceWe consulted with the associate who worked with *** and she informed us *** tried on a variety of gownsSome of which were on sale and some that were notWe feel horrible that the customer would believe we would switch any tags outWe showed her a dress that was very similar to the dress she held and from the same designer that had the exact same priceWe also gave her all of the dress information for the dress she held (style number and designer) so that she could see the dress retailed online around the same priceWe even offered to price match the online price( A difference of $from our $price in store) We also pulled our inventory and told her that every size of the same dress she looked at had the same price of $I'm sorry for the stress this may have caused *** but we promise and stand behind the fact that we have never, and will never switch the tags on a customer.
