A Finish Line

On 4/9/2011 I had power locks installed on my daughters 2009 Toyota Corolla. Over the past eight months I had to bring the car back 4 times. The drivers door on 2 separate occasions, the passenger door and rear door would fail to lock or unlock. The left rear door would fail to open which is a safety issue. They did repair it on those 3rd occasions, on the 4th I asked to have it removed. It was clear that it was either a faulty mechinism or installer error. Their is a labor warranty for 1 year. And it wasnt lasting 2 months let alone 1 year. I paid $457.94 to install power locks. I feel like this issue with the locks continuing to fail to work should have been investigated on their end. It is very inconveinent to bring a car back every other month for a repair when it was not your fault it was failing to do what is was supposed to. I asked why this kept happening and it was never a problem installed on any other car. This car is driven by my 16 year old daughter, used to go back and forth to school. Very low mileage and hardly driven. After the 4th repair in 8 months I wanted the power locks removed and a full refund. They declined and only gave me $242.44.
