I reserved a white hummer limo for my son for his senior prom on April 27, 2013. I paid [redacted], the owner a total of $1540.00 by credit card. At the time and place of pick up, [redacted] sent a white, plain, ugly passenger bus to pick up my son and his friends. We refused to use this bus. We called him repeatedly and he finally answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that his white hummer limo had mechanical problems and was not available for our use. He then advised me he would give me a complete refund of my money, which he is now refusing to do. He has given me nothing but lies and now refuses to even answer to phone.
