Review: I ordered a floral arrangement (long stem roses) with this company. Upon receiving this arrangement, it were arranged with 6 pale pink long stem roses. The roses were singed brown on each tip of the roses. I called to formally complain about the roses that they were not acceptable. The owner promptly told me that they were specially ordered for my arrangement. I then asked him if he normally arranged brown singed roses for all his arrangements?? At that point he didn't make wasn't making any restitution to me and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would of liked to have a replacement arrangement with roses that were in perfect shape and not singed on the ends of them.
