Insurance Broker, who is responsible for filing our claims to the insurance company.  On June 28th, we received a call from someone who claimed to be Ms. [redacted]’s insurance representative.  The call was returned to give him our Broker’s number so that this claim could be submitted to our insurance.  He was very rude and very unprofessional on the phone to Folino and to our Insurance Broker.  He was requested to send in writing, all information, (Insurance, Customer, Policy number and contact information) to the Insurance Broker so that the Claim could be filed. Nothing was received at either office until November 29, 2017.  The letter was submitted to the Broker and it has now been reported to the Folino’s Insurance for processing and investigation. So in our eyes, Ms. [redacted] should be filing a complaint against her own insurance company for not following through on proper insurance procedure.  Karen L[redacted]Accounting[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The attached certified letter was sent to Karen L[redacted] at A. Folino on June 29th 2017.  The broker was contacted by the Erie Insurance claims rep and refused to give the insurance carrier information to resolve this issue.  Further more, the claims rep stated that Ms. L[redacted] was verbally abusive and stated that I was overreacting and should bring my car to their office to be washed. You cannot wash away over $2000 in damage due to the hot asphalt being dumped onto my car.  Erie insurance still cannot find coverage for A. Folino construction.  Because they are not cooperating, Erie insurance sent the matter to the Second Look collection agency on 10-10-17.   If A. Folino construction truly wants to resolve this matter, why not tell us who they have insurance coverage with?  Why play games?  They need to disclose the name of their insurance carrier so that I can recover the money paid for the damages to my car.

Complaint #[redacted] Please see information below from our insurance adjuster on this issue, it has been PAID and closed.  As soon as we received the requested information, it was promptly handled. All my Broker needed to proceed with this claim was her information, which as soon as received, was processed and paid. This issue, per the adjuster below, is now CLOSED.  Karen L[redacted]Accounting
