Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The attached certified letter was sent to Karen L [redacted] at AFolino on June 29th The broker was contacted by the Erie Insurance claims rep and refused to give the insurance carrier information to resolve this issue Further more, the claims rep stated that MsL [redacted] was verbally abusive and stated that I was overreacting and should bring my car to their office to be washedYou cannot wash away over $in damage due to the hot asphalt being dumped onto my car Erie insurance still cannot find coverage for AFolino construction Because they are not cooperating, Erie insurance sent the matter to the Second Look collection agency on 10-10- If AFolino construction truly wants to resolve this matter, why not tell us who they have insurance coverage with? Why play games? They need to disclose the name of their insurance carrier so that I can recover the money paid for the damages to my car Regards, [redacted] ***
