A+ For Davey's Tree Service

My property (yard and pine tree)was damaged by Dave Sandlin(Company owner)back in September of 2012. While doing work for a neighbor, Mr. Sandlin's tree trimming truck drove off the road and got stuck in my yard against a 20 foot pine tree. The truck was stuck and needed to be towed out of my yard leaving huge divots/ruts in my yard and damaging the pine tree. Mr. Sandlin stated that he would repair any damages. I have photographs documenting the damage and his truck against the pine tree, I also have phone messages from Mr. Sandlin stating that he would take care of all damages. After months of me calling him every two weeks since the damage to my property, I have heard every excuse possible. I want this issue resolved.
