My daughter was scheduled to be married in October. We signed a contract with A-Formal and made a $100. deposit.
My daughter has now called off the wedding. The contract states there are no refunds. We contacted A-Formal and asked if this deposit could be applied to another rental with them
and they said no. Is this a fair practice?
