In response to [redacted] complaint directed at Aframe Imperial Pools, I offer the following: When a custom made liner is ordered a few steps are involved as this is a unique product in size, shape material thickness, color, and pattern A measurement order form must be received A signed contract with customer’s contact info, measurements, color and pattern choices A 50% deposit We have no such contract or deposit from [redacted] or any other party on her behalfThis is a regrettable situation that may have been avoided with a phone call to myself, James S., General Manager at the store, Aframe Imperial Pools, as I am available days per weekRespectfully Submitted, James SGeneral Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The written quote was given to me two weeks before this price jump happenedI was in the store the week before and the price was still the sameSo what happened in one week while we were still shopping around? So they want to place a one week time limit on hot tub sale prices so people can not shop aroundWe were told we were getting 200$ dollars off of the price because I am a career firefighterYet that night at a home show the same price of dollars for the tubs new price after the price jump on us was available to the entire publicSo we were in fact given no discount what so everI have included a photo of this tubs price tag at the home show that nightI'm not doing business with these people if they are going to blatently lie to usJust want others to be aware of their scamsWhen the maker of the tubs tells me on the phone they've had other similar complaints about this business and not to go through them im pretty sure that's a red flag

The only contact I have had with them has been verbal I understand that is a "he said/she said" situation, but I'm not lying If they require a written contract and 50% down for a liner, why wasn't I contacted by them?

estimateThe business also informed Revdex.com that they are the factory store for *** *** and that is the same ownershipIt is not believed that the conversation consumer states occurred with consumer and maker of the tubs actually occurred as it is the same ownershipBusiness has requested consumer provide name of contact that the stated conversation took place with
