Signed contract with A Frame Plus 10/7/15 to have porch replaced. Down payment paid ($3,055), no work done. No response to repeated messages. Signed a contract with A Frame Plus 10/7/15 to have front porch replaced with composite decking. Paid $3,055 down payment. They were finishing another job for us (replacing home siding [redacted] and were to complete both jobs in December, 2015. Numerous delays (weather) and excuses (personal). Did not complete first job (gutter guards not installed, other minor issues)although final payment given. Was told late Dec crew would be available to finish all work Jan 4, 2016. No workers appeared. Numerous phone messages left. Emails sent. No response. Desired SettlementWould like work completed for both projects if possible. Otherwise, would want (1) refund of down payment for porch replacement project and (2)partial refund on the [redacted] siding replacement project to cover cost of having new contractor install gutter guards.

owner took money and doesn't intend on ordering,delivering, or finishing project. Signed contract on 12/1/2015 with owner [redacted] to build custom screened porch. He said project would be done by Christmas. He collected $10,278 of $12,978 and last work done on project was 12/17/2015. Contacted [redacted] on 12/26/2015 and hesaid he was out of town but would contact us the next week. He never returned anymore phone calls and his son [redacted] came to house on 1/11/2016 to collect tools and said his dad was shutting down the business.Desired Settlementwould like refund of $100 for building permit he never filed. Refund of $3,000 for screened windows he never ordered or delivered. Refund for [redacted] door he never ordered or installed. Pay cost to finish project by another builder.

I signed a contract with "A Frame Plus" on 9/2/15 & made a $4000 deposit. No windows or deposit as of date. No response/communication to phone callsOn September 2, 2015 my wife and I met with the owner of "A Frame Plus" construction company. We signed a contract and gave him a deposit of $4,000.00 to replace 15 windows on our house. Owner had performed work on our home previously in 2009 and did a good job. > My wife and I are retired and on a fixed income. We need our money and want this thief to return our funds. I signed contract to build a garage on Aug.12 2015 and paid deposit. on Dec.16 I paid another payment.I am not able to get in touch with [redacted]I entered into a contract with [redacted] to build a garage on Aug.12,2015 and paid a deposit of $9650.00. It was four mounts later he contracted a company to pour the concrete. We had agreed to make another payment to him of $6000.00.The end of Jan. the concrete company stuck an invoice in my mailbox demanding payment for the concrete that they had already invoiced A Frame Plus for without any response. I have tried repeatedly to contact Mr. [redacted] unsuccessfully.Desired Settlementall I want is the work done.

I paid a deposit for additional work on house. A Frame took the deposit and never showed up. Total amount $11,000.A Frame, [redacted], was hired to do an additional expansion on my house. They did the first one, over $100,000, and didnt complete it. They took the $11,000 deposit, postphoned the work, then when I cancelled the project, never returned the deposit. He said that he purchased materials and windows for the project. I asked for him to deliver the materials and windows, and show an invoice dated in the month of the deposit, and he never did. He wont return calls, and took his website down. He held himself out as a licensed general contractor in the state of NC>Desired SettlementI would like my $11,000 back.
