Review: I have been calling RJR nearly daily for the past month to get a copy of a bill from when my vehicle was towed, to no avail. not only does their customer service leave much to be desired, there is allegedly no way to speak with anyone other than the dispatcher. all the dispatcher will do is send you to a voice mail where you leave a message only for it to never be returned. additionally, it is difficult to prove as I did not witness this action, but there was 22 gallons of fuel siphoned from my vehicle between the fire station where I work, which is from where the vehicle was towed, and the dealership where the vehicle was fixed. the dealership is a very reputable company, unlike this shady operation, and I feel that they are guilty of theft and horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like a copy of the invoice from when my vehicle was towed on Monday, 7/15/2013 from the fire station where I am employed and I would like to be reimbursed for the fuel the tow truck driver stole from me, which totaled just shy of $80.00. I have a receipt for the fuel from the day it was towed and when I had to immediately fill it up after picking it up from the dealership where it was fixed.

Review: This company is contracted w/ [redacted] to provide towing services for several insurance companies, including my own. They were contacted for a tow of a disabled vehicle, confirmed that the pickup would be within 45 minutes. It actually took an hour and 45 minutes before the tow truck arrived, as I waited two other tow trucks owned by the same company passed me. When the driver finally did arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes later he told me that the dispatcher had contacted him and told him that I kept calling to complain and that he didn't understand the issue. I explained to him that I had only called 3 times. the first time after 1 hour of waiting, the 2nd 30 minutes later (because when I called the 1st time I had been promised they would arrive within 15 minutes and that the driver would contact me to assure me he was on the way) and the 3rd time after the 2nd RJR Towing truck passed me. The entire incident was verified w/ [redacted] and they apologized profusely but I've gotten no attempt at an apology or resolution from RJR. Despite a wait time in the hot florida sun that was more than double the confirmed time, they charged me $97.00 on top of what my insurance company paid.Desired Settlement: The only respectable thing they could do is at least the $97.00 I paid out of my pocket. They did tow the vehicle so they are entitled to the insurance company payment, but leaving me waiting for 1 hr and 45 minutes, with no attempt at either an apology or making the effort to communicate with me about the reason for the delay is inexcusable.
