A Friendly Cab

Absolutely horrible service or should I say non-serviceFirst off, I used their on-line form to schedule a pickup for my sonI called the next morning to verify and they had no record of the pickupThey said "never use the online scheduler"Then why do they have it online still if it doesn't work??? Anyway, I told them o'clock at the back of Sechrist and he scheduled it; 11:came and wentCalled multiple times and told that they were on the wayI then called back at 11:to "cancel" the cab and the [redacted] on the phone told me that they had been sitting there for minute, which was BS because my son was still outside waiting! He then hung up on me and didn't let me talkNever, ever again!

The most appalling service imaginable. Phone up and was told 15-29 minutes. Phone back after 30 to be told he was just around the corner. Phoned back after an hour to be told they were short of drivers and. Probably should have let us know a cab wasn't coming. NEVER EVER EVER use this unprofessional company. Ended up 90 minutes late for a meeting I could have walked to in less time if only I had realised

Worst transportation service I have ever used. Made me late even though I had an appointment pickup time. Don't bother.
