We were extremely pleased with AFrisella Moving and Storage for our move from StCharles, Missouri to Gainesville, Georgia Andy was very thorough and honest about pricing and gave us suggestions on the best way to handle our moveWe needed to store our furniture for three months in the warehouse He listened to all of our concerns and was very prompt in answering our emails
The crew that came to pack our belongings handled each item with care and we are happy to report that after our furniture was packed and unpacked on their trucks four times, everything was delivered in tactWe were also very pleased with the moving teamThey were very careful with our furniture, walls, and floors I have to say that after moving professionally times, your team was the first, that I knew each one by name and it was so apparent the respect that they had for one another Even though it was a long day in the heat, they were still going about their jobs with a great sense of humor and respect for all

A Frisella organization moved my furniture from St Louis to Phoenix in July of Most of my furniture is very heavy, solid wood The men who arrived to move the packed furniture and boxes to the truck were not experienced movers, did NOT use the proper equipment to remove items from rooms and to the truck As a result, there was damage not only to my furniture (mahogany) but also to the HOUSE! No straps were used, no covers to protect the finish on my furniture and NO EXPERIENCE of how to properly move furniture The unloading in Phoenix was no better The crews were day laborers who had no experience in moving furniture, the only true employee was the driver, a man in his 70's who only drove the truck and supervised the placement on the truck and did paperwork
Only two men arrived at each location to load and unload my belongings, at each location one of the men was not more than a boy! Neither had the knowledge of moving furniture to provide the care and responsibility required of the job I have moved many times in the past, this move was by far the worst

We recently used A Frisella Moving and they were fantastic! The initial estimate was reasonable with a guaranteed "max" price no matter what. The moving crew was on time, professional and worked non-stop all day loading and unloading. Nothing was broken or misplaced. A Frisella Moving has our total recommendation!

customer did not make us aware that the cartons were damaged prior to our initial response explaining this policy. We certainly want to take care of any items damaged that we may have been responsible for. We have emailed the customer explaining that we will accept responsibility for the damaged items. This email was sent prior to receiving this complaint. We are still waiting for a response from the customer.
