A/G General Contracting and Painting Inc

Earlier in the year I received, on my doorstep, a flyer from A/G Contractors Chula Vista, describing the Services they offer Thereafter, I checked the company out through various sources and they appeared legitimateI thought I would give them some business since I believe in supporting locally owned companies
I called the number listed on the flyer to obtain a quote A gentleman, who did not identify himself, answered the phone I briefly described the projects I had in mind and he offered to be at my residence the next day between 11am-1:00pm to provide a estimateHe took my name and number and I thought everything was going great
Well, the next day came and went and the estimator failed to show up and did not bother to call me I waited all day for him as I thought he may have gotten delayed somewhere on another job quote
The following day I again called the number listed on the flyer to find out what happened and possibly reschedule The gentleman who answered the phone was clueless as to what I was talking about and told me I must have been talking to "Tony" since he had that telephone number the previous dayHe informed me that he would call "Tony" right now and I would be contacted with minutes regarding this matter No one ever bothered to contact me as promised
So, I thought I would given A/G one more chance and I sent them a quote request via the link listed on the internet website No one ever responded to this estimate request either
In summary, since the company's initial customer service is so poor it leaves me to wonder what the quality of their workmanship would have been if it had progressed to that point
That's no way to treat your customers gentlemen
