needed was not available from the *** *** brand as there was a transition from Tier to Tier for EPA regulationsAG-Industrial attempted all avenues to obtain an engine for the customer but none was availableDuring the downtime of the tractor in question AG-Industrial loaned the customer a Tractor of their own to use to plow snow while his was broke down.The customer has every right to be frustrated with the long down timeBut, everything was done within our power to obtain a new engineAt this time a replacement engine is on its way and is due to arrive between June 8th and June 12thWe feel the claims against AG-Industrial to the Revdex.com are unfounded as we made every attempt to secure the needed partAG-Industrial cannot manufacture the parts, and is at the mercy of the supplier.Sincerely,Dan G
