Incorrectly installed a new Garmin autopilot pump on my boat causing failure of steering system. Returned when called and found problem and supposedly fixed it. Next use, system failed again due to hydraulic fluid loss a second time, same reason. Garmin tech support informs me part used was incorrect. Business owner now doesn't respond, leaving me with a non usable boat with no steering.

We just spoke regarding complaint ***. While I still feel I received very poor service from A&G Marine Electronics, they have responded and resolved the problem they created enough so that I do not feel the need to pursue this. Please close this case as resolved as you said. Thank you.
