A & G Retail Maintenance Corp is an established company located in Miami, Florida, who sales itself as a pioneer of Retail Maintenance, offering award winning services to retailers around the country. its owners have been in business for over a decade now, the past two years have been particularly hard and extenuating, in 2014 the Company had agreed to share office space with certain individuals that had planned all along the destruction and massacre of the Company, to explain this better this group of individual took advantage of the owners leaving on vacation to empty out the offices of A & G Retail Maintenance, Corp, when the owners discovered the theft they immediately advised the authorities and 2 arrests were made in reference to the case, but the individuals were released the same day as A & G choose not to press charges against them thinking that they would stop at that point, for the surprise of A & G those people continued on with their plans and starting posting derogatory non evidential reviews all over the internet, defamatory content and slandered the Company which resulted in a great loss of the current customer base, while all of this process was happening A & G was securing new customers and were endeavoring in new plans for the continuance of the organization, A & G came into agreement with a Company named PFMI or also known as Professional Facilities Maintenance, Inc. this latest endeavor would secure a great volume of business into A & G Retail Maintenance, Corp, after 2 months PFMI had not paid their bills and after A & G started pressuring them for payment they filed bankruptcy the following day, as per our service agreement with our subcontractors A & G do not pay for any services that are not paid to them by their customers as this was the case with many subcontractors that have posted reviews about the Company as well, but they did try to correct as much of the problem as they could directing the subcontractors to go and collect directly from the sites as this method had worked and it continues to work when a customer refuses to pay or looses the ability to do so, all of this was then followed by frivolous and unfunded lawsuits that have not at all affected the day to day operations of A & G, but has definitely taken a toll on the financial health of the Company, A & G continues to fight for clearing the name of the Company everyday and invite you to request evidence at the contact email at the bottom of this review, A & G currently hold video surveillance for more than 4 hours of the day the theft happened, police reports, arrest records, individuals pictures, names and contact information, copies of the bankruptcy filed by PFMI as well as case number, Copies of service agreements signed by each one of the Companies that have negatively reviewed A & G, also case numbers for the frivolous cases that were filed against A & G by the thieves, if after all this information you still decide to question the integrity of the Company, its owners or employees you are welcome to contact A & G directly to request any other information you may need.
