The only problem I can see is that Ms [redacted] wants me to help remedy her mistake using a dark stain on a thin floor that cuped in some areasAnyone can tell a plank floor from a 3/x 1/T & G floorWe sanded the floors with the drum sander which has a dust bag, then buffed to smooth out the floorWe taped the doors and air returnsThe stain was mainly on the baseboards from wiping it down for uniformityThe shoe molding came up the way we left it in each roomWe got down on our knees to sand spots throughout the house to keep from using the drum sander (floor loose or uneven) in order to remove existing finishHer floors were thin from previous refinishing, you can't tell this without a floor register or removing the shoe moldingThe stain on the baseboard was just a brush stroke wideWe dusted her house two times, the dryer went back exactly where it came fromI did what my contract called forIt took days just to get ready for the sealAfter getting into the floors you could see how bad they were, termite damage loose & uneven boardsYou always knock down the grain after coats of sealer, this also sanded the cuped edgesI['ll agree to pay $to resolve and check will be immediately mailed Sincerely, [redacted]
