[redacted] was hired to add a double door & small balcony; he had to replace an existing window with the double door and add the balcony. [redacted] estimated the work would take 5 or 6 days; it took over a month for him to get the major work completed & 2+ months later, he still has not completed all of the smaller tasks. Over a month had passed since we last saw or heard from [redacted] so we sent him an e-mail & his response was, at best, unprofessional. Some of the remaining work, we did ourselves and the rest we will pay someone else to do it.

Positives for [redacted]: Low price; he did a good job on the balcony - looks greats.

Negatives:
No consideration of the customer's time: Rarely shows up when promised & will not call to let you know; he gives you a time & shows up 1-2 hours later & doesn't call to let you know he'll be late.
Lackadaisical attitude: No sense of urgency to get the job completed on time.
