A Gentle Touch (Permanent Make-up)

Review: On March 27th 2013 at 5:30PM, I had an appointment for permanent make-up (tattoo) for upper and lower eyeliner with **. [redacted] ([redacted], MD [redacted]). After the procedure, she told me what I needed to do for the eyeliner and gave me an ointment. I was very happy with the look and paid for the procedure ($500.00) and left. After 5 days the permanent eyeliner tattoo was slowly disappearing. I called **. [redacted] and told her what was happening and she told me to come so she could take a look at it. I went to her office and showed her the disappearing eyeliner tattoo. She offered to do it again, and an appointment was scheduled for May 20th 2013. On May 15th 2013, **. [redacted] called and asked me why I was not at here office for my appointment. I reminded her that the appointment was scheduled for May 20th 2013, not May 15th 2013. She denied we made an appointment for the 20th and she told me that if I rescheduled, she would charge me $150.00. I informed her that I was not happy with her services and I requested my money back. **. [redacted] then informed me that she would only refund me $100.00.As I attempted to have a conversation with **. [redacted] about getting my money back, she raised her voice and constantly kept talking over me. She made it extremely difficult for me to get a word into the conversation. When I finally was able to get a word into the conversation and demanded my money back, **. [redacted] became very aggressive.Desired Settlement: Since my permanent tattoo make-up didnt stay on my eyeliner and also I didnt get the service that I was promised, I want my money back. I try to work with **. [redacted] but **. [redacted] kept changing the appointment date and kept trying to get more money from me by intimidation.
