A Glover's Tree Service

Glover' Tree Service was hired by my neighbor [redacted], who is fixing a house to sell, to drop major limbs from a dead tree that were overhanging my property and detached garage. Glover's damaged my roof by dropping a limb on it, while I was not home, causing a seam to buckle on my roof and, in turn, causing water damage. I did not notice the damage right away, but only when it rained a week later. I had been on the roof days before and there wasn't any damage to that area of the roof, they came and performed their "service" and left without saying anything. I called and tried to get a hold of someone, including my neighbor and finally heard back from Glovers after a week of trying to get in contact with someone. I spoke with both [redacted] and his mother (she answers the phone for Glover's Tree Service) without any outcome other than tough luck. His mother, who answers the phone for this company, was extremely rude, lacked customer service, and continued hanging up on me 4 or 5 times in a row and would not speak to me. I was not hostile on the phone, just simply trying to get my roof fixed.
