I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The complaint was trespassing and misrepresenting sales staff as registered with Metro Louisville when that was untrue. The two sales people that came into our home and harassed other neighbors on our street were never licensed to be going door to door and will be reported to the police if ever spotted breaking the law in our community again. The issue is misrepresentation and lying to potential customers. We were never nor will ever be customers of a company that conducts business in this untruthful and illegal manner.
