A Golden Dragon

I ordered food from A Golden Dragon on May 29, 2013. I placed 2 separate orders for food. For the first order, I provided $20.00 in cash to the person at the counter. The person at the counter only gave me $13.00 and some additional coins, when in fact she owed me $18.80 in change for the first order. I was not given back about $5.00 in change from this person for the first order that I made. I then found out that they don't have a cash register, so they weren't able to dispense the proper amount of change that was due to me. The money that was due to me was supposed to be given to another person who made the first order. I offered to provide money from my pocket to the person who was not given the proper change back from this business.
