This company has the worst customer service ever I was out of town at the end of November and realized I didn't put the electric bill in the mail before we left I called and used their automated service to move my due date to Dec I got back in town and made the payment and it was received on December 5th However, I just got my recent bill and it shows a disconnect fee of $ I called to find out what was going on since I had never had my service disconnectedI was told an order went out to disconnect my service on December 8th, even though they showed I paid the bill on December 5th What'???!!!!! I asked to have it waived since I never had my service disconnected and I paid it before that order was ever even issued They refused They said they would rather take the chance of losing my business than waive the fee because that is their policy, even though I paid my bill every month on time before this for over a year!!!!!!!!
I have had Stream services now for a couple months and am very pleased My rates are half of what I was paying before and have had no issues with billing Good move for me!
