Add on cost
A great fence did beat Home Depot at first in my fence until I went to pay them down payment. Wanted to charge me 90$ to use my debit card to pay or they accept cash. Additional fees A great Fence now cost more than Home Depot
Something seemed a little dishonest with them, I will use someone else I don’t trust shady businesses

I have been working with A Great Fence for several months now Their team is very efficient and the leadership is top notch

They do not return calls
They do not return calls how is this efficient? I tried calling and emailing no response finally when someone did answer all I got was “need to come to office and bring survey and our contract” hang up

I would not recommend A Great Fence to anyoneI contacted them after Hurricane Matthew about a repair to my wood fenceI told them I had posts that I knew needed replaced and told them that while they were here to do the estimate they could see if there was anything else that needed doneThey emailed the estimate and I went to their office to pay the percent down to have them complete the workThey said they would replace posts and re-nail any loose boards .I told them I would be out of town and I would leave the gate unlocked for themTheir worker showed up and replace posts, however, the posts that I originally referred to where the fence was leaning and braced were not replacedI believe the problem was with the estimate drawing which was done by [redacted] The drawing did not make it clear which posts should be replacedWhile the worker, Adam, did a good job on the posts that he replaced and the ladies in the Office seemed very cooperative, I believe the main problem is with the GM [redacted] who did the estimateI think there is a complete lack of communication within the companyI was told he would call me on Friday morning, but as of Monday afternoon I had not received a call from him so I called the officeI was then told that the I could have the original posts I called about replaced for an additional amountI was also told that I could contact [redacted] directly on his cellI called his cell and left a voicemail only to not get a call backIf they wanted to provide exceptional customer service the least he could do is call a dissatisfied customer backAgain, as I stated in the beginning, if you want work done that you ask for, I would not recommend A Great Fence to anyone

If you are looking to have a fence installed, do not hesitate to call A Great Fence We just had them install a chain link fence for our backyard and I can do nothing but highly recommend them From Darrick, the salesperson, John, the installer and all of the office employees were nothing but professional and Fantastic to work with I can't say enough about how satisfied and happy I am with the job they all didOnly other comment I can have for them is Thank you

My husband and I purchased a PVC privacy fence from A Great Fence We absolutely love the fence and the entire process from start to finish was effortless and smooth
We were constantly kept informed and up to date on the status and progress of upcoming installation of our fence
Mr*** presented an A+ quality product at a fair price
The office staff along with the installers sent to my job were very courteous and polite
The end result is that we are extremely pleased our fence and we highly recommend A Great Fence

We are new to Port StLucie and had contacted A Great Fence via email and phone with installation to start after we got here Everything was done perfectly by *** and *** the installer, and *** keeping everything straight for me We have large German Shepherds and the fence is to keep them in and safe *** pulled the bottom edge of the fence clear to the ground so no snooping or even thinking about getting out has occurred!!

Buyer Beware! We were victims. A Great Fence, LLC ("AGF") while nominally owned by [redacted] impressed us as directed and controlled by his father [redacted] (together, "management"). In their dealings with us management generally acted unhampered by honesty or any concern for fair dealings. Moreover, [redacted] was a bully and reflected serious anger management issues.

All in one week AGF arrived on a day it had expressly informed it would not, and demanded more money to leave or stay; trespassed [redacted] being told by us to leave and schedule an installation date as previously agreed; installed a fence in clear breach of the contract terms; out of clear retaliation and spite, made a ridiculous claim (aka lied) that it had been refused payment over a relatively minor amount; and, then, without legal right again trespassed [redacted] ripped out the fence!

With laughter in his voice, [redacted] told us to sue him if we did not like what he was doing to victimize us. Also, he instructed us not to forget filing a Licensing Board complaint too.

The St. Lucie County Contractor Examining Board suspended AGF's permitting privileges finding that AGF violated the law by failing to display its county certification numbers; fraudulently departed from, or disregarded, plans or specifications in material respect, without the consent of the owner or his duly authorized representative; and, committed a willful, fraudulent act as a contractor as a result of which another was financially injured. See, SLC Contractor Examining Board ("CEB") Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order, Case No. XXXXX. Also, see filed complaints and the victim's detailed Power Point Presentation placed in the CEB's public records on March 16, 2016.

On June 10, 2016, the SLC Court ordered [redacted] d/b/a AGF to return our money, pay court costs and interest on its judgment. The court found that Mr. [redacted] had failed to perform his part of the contract in three ways: (1) he installed the fence on a day other than agreed; (2) he failed to install the fence at the contracted height; and, (3) he removed the fence although there was no refusal to pay. I would not recommend A Great Fence to anyone. I contacted them after Hurricane Matthew about a repair to my wood fence. I told them I had 2 posts that I knew needed replaced and told them that while they were here to do the estimate they could see if there was anything else that needed done. They emailed the estimate and I went to their office to pay the 50 percent down to have them complete the work. They said they would replace 4 posts and re-nail any loose boards .I told them I would be out of town and I would leave the gate unlocked for them. This may be a duplicate because I hit a button before submit!! But here goes another:
I have had repair and installation of fencing by :A Great Fence" and they are to be commended for their excellent and outstanding workmanship. I have seen many of their fences installed in my area so I decided to give them a try. That was a good choice. I also want to complement them on great customer relations service by Lisa! She is always very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with in getting everything the way you want it? Good job A Great Fence and I know I will be calling you in the future for additional fencing I will need repaired and/or replaced on my property.
