Review: On the advice of my advisor, I am canceling the contract dated 9/2/2014. You told me it would be four weeks when you would start my backyard and it hasn't happen yet. You reuested 30% up front and I sent you a check on 9/2/2014 for $500.00 which you cashed immediately. September 21, 2014 you sent an email that you would start the yard Thursday or Friday of that week. I never heard from you again. I have called, left messages, sent emails and you haven't returned my calls or emails.

On 9/30/2014 I sent an email asking for a new date and you never answered my email. Therefore, I request you refund the $500.00 immediately.

I prefer not to take legal action against you.
