I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My mirror was/is not held together by glue, nor was it everAs I watched them break my mirror, after the fact she asked me did my mirrors turn in because they couldn't move them manuallyI told her no, they were electronic, by then she had already broken my mirror and tried to blame me and say that it was already brokenI politely asked for her information and she began cussing me out and threatening to call the policeAfter the incident was over my stepfather called her and she admitted to breaking my mirror and also admitting to breaking other people's mirror and that she told them to file it with their insuranceI never asked her for cash period, I only asked for her insurance information which she refused to give meAlso Regards, [redacted]
