I love Kentwood Plumbing & heatingI bought my furnace/hvac almost years agoThey were wonderful They were on time, clean, professional & answered questions politely & clearlyI had a problem with the AC recently & they were right on top of itI read horror stories about repair problems, rude staff from other companies & outrageous pricesFortunately my experience with Kentwood has been nothing but positiveOnce again they were on time, fixed my problem, & Tom pointed out I didn't have an air filter in place which could lead to serious & expensive problems in the future and all on my dimeThis call I was covered for parts which he replaced & the service & labor costs were minimalTom showed me how to replace the filter which I bought & installed as soon as he leftI went to the office to pay my bill a few days later & received the same friendly serviceI wish I would have asked for her nameI can't say enough positive things about this company & look forward to continue doing business with them***

We had to call them on a Sunday because our hot water heater wasn't heating. We had someone named Bill call us back right away and helped my husband over the phone correct the problem. I will recommend them. Excellent service.
