Review: This notice is to warn you of doing any business with [redacted] and his company, A Greenspan Computer Recycling, Inc. On April 19th, 2013, we wired [redacted] and A Greenspan Computer Recycling, Inc. $5,652.00 for a lot of computer equipment, including several systems and laptops. This was a 50% payment for the equipment, and we agreed to pay the balance upon testing the equipment. On April 26th, we received five pallets of equipment that consisted of old televisions and monitor stands. This was definitely not the equipment that we ordered. He has not made restitution for this situation. He owes us $6198.04 for the wire that we originally sent plus our freight charges. We intend to press charges to the full extent of the law. The intent of this letter is to warn all others in the IT industry to beware of [redacted] and A Greenspan Recycling, Inc.Desired Settlement: my intent is to warn others of this company and there fraudulent business activity.
