A GUARANTEED TIRE

On Aug. 15, 2013 I went to get an oil change and it resulted in ruining my motor in my van. I went back that same day and [redacted] the manager promised he was going to get it fixed but on September 17, 2013 decided he had paid way too much money on it already and wasn't going to fix my van any more knowing it was there fault my van no longer works. During the time they had it I kept calling to see if the work was done he kept telling me by the end of the week but that never happened. What happened was they had left the lid of the old filter on and didn't realize that when they put the new filter on. When I drove it home it was fine but then I had left to run an errand and the oil light was on and it started making very loud noises. So I decided to take it back to the shop and that's when I found out what they had done to it which caused for my oil to completely drain out messed up my motor. They kept my van for a month and 2 days. He did get me a rental for 3 weeks and I appreciate that part but that still didn't fix my problem he still didn't fix my van.
