I could have easily changed them. They were pre-existing and I assumed the red was correctly hooked up to the hot water. This was done by someone else. The consumer also fails to mention that I cleaned her furnace at no charge. The consumer never made an effort to inform me of any issue or to correct the problem. I have already provided the consumer with a refund to resolve any issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
