It's been a few years since I had my issues, I want to have my air conditioner cleaned and a I came accross thermal effectsThought I would give my experience
They sold me an air conditioner, which I didn't need
When I needed a repair they would not come on a weekend, when I brought another co in they said it voided warranty!
Six months later they said I needed to spend $to clean the mold A second opinion said I had no mold!
All future work went to another company
Thermal effects is the worst company I have ever worked with!!
