A & H Auto Glass Mobil Service

Review: In 8/22/13, Mr. [redacted] ([redacted], might be the last name) who works at A&H Auto Glass Mobil Service installed a window regulator on my 1996 Honda Accord. He charged $125 and he wrote on the receipt that there was a 90 day warrantee. A couple of days later the window stopped working, so we called the guy to check it out, but at the time he came to check the window, it was working again. It continued not working 90% of the time, as in the window would not open, and working 10%. He referred to my gender as being the cause of the issue. But we agreed that he was going to refund my money. So I called him tried to get my money back but he instead started yelling and saying he did not give an "f" about me or my issue since I called his brother and given his brother, Alex, bad reference about him. He bluntly said I wasn't getting my money because he was already upset and therefore he did not want to talk to me. His brother, the owner of this business, suggested that it might be something else that was wrong with the door. So I took it to a shop, they have just informed me that Mr. [redacted] had installed a used window regulator and not a new window as he made me believe, and that is the reason it woks sometimes and it doesn't work the rest of the time. The 90 days have not expired, this guy refuses to reimbursement me my money and he is treating me so horribly bad, so disrespectful and so unethical.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I want to get my total $125 back plus $69 for the diagnosis that was performed by another legitimate shop, since the owner of the business suggested it was something else and not the window regulator his brother had installed, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. If I had informed the shopped that they needed to replaced the window regulator they would not have run a diagnosis. Mr. [redacted] clearly knew that this part was used and did not properly informed me.
