The cars that I purchased were not in suitable condition to be sold from the start. I was promised a warranty for each car, but there weren't any. The first car I purchased was a 1997 Cadillac Seville. [redacted]XXXXXXX. Surrendered title # (XXXXXXXX). New or current title # (XXXXXXXX). Transaction Code *01. Validation #(1). I was told that this car belonged to the finance company. I put a down payment of $1700 down because I was told that this car belonged to the finance company. I was charged $200 every two weeks. The car leaked obsessive amounts of oil, and antifreeze. The heat nor air conditioning worked either. I asked if I could drive another vehicle of theirs considering my car needed attention, but I was told to leave my car and check back in a few weeks. Of course I couldn't leave the car so I took on some responsibilities myself. Through it all I payed a total of $3,000 on the car owing a balance $1,300. I drove the car back to the lot because the motor started to knock and run hot constantly after purchasing. When I looked under the hood I saw that there wasn't any oil being pumped into the engine considering I put the appropriate amounts of oil in the engine. I was told by a mechanic that the oil pump went out. Once I found out what the labor and cost would be, I considerably decided to return the vehicle to be traded for something else. I was told by a guy named Johnny that he had a 2004 Cadillac Deville in good condition. I really don't know if that's really his name because I was told that the guy who sold me the 1997 Cadillac Sevilles' name was [redacted]. I later found out that was a lie. Three days after I left the 1997 Cadillac Seville on the lot, I saw someone else driving it. I don't know if the car was rigged or what...? I was told that they junked the car prior to me dropping it off three days earlier. That was a lie. I spent too much money on the car for someone to just junk it.After carefully considering which car I wanted to buy, I chose the 2004 Cadillac Deville. [redacted] # ([redacted]XXXXXX). The car cut off on me several times while test driving and the brakes were worn to the caliper. Meanwhile oil, antifreeze, and transmission fluid were leaking also. I mentioned this to [redacted] dealer) if that was really his name- two days prior to purchasing the car. After purchasing the car two days later I still had one of the same problems. The 2004 I purchased continued to cut off; leaking oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze as usual. The brakes were replaced, but anything else was not an option to the dealer I suppose. Now, as of XX-XX-XXXX my brake light is on and I hear a loud roaring noise on the inside when I drive. I currently owe $3,900 on the car after my $2,300 down payment. I was told he wants $4,600 for the car, but it seems like I'm purchasing the car for $6,200 now.
