Review: My daughter noticed her wall by her shower was wet and then it started falling apart and we noticed mold was in the inside of the wall. I had work done by this company before and so I had prior experience that was good with this company so I called to do additional work. They cut into the wall on the side of the shower and took out the mold, they were suppose to fix the leaking water problem at the same time which was not fixed. About a week to two weeks later my daughter noticed the wall wet again and so I called [redacted] and had told him that it was not fixed. He sent a plumber out to look at the wall then I spoke with him after he spoke with the plumber, the plumber told my daughter that he needed the wall opened to see where the leaking was coming from. Then he had 2 or 3 men to come cut the wall open again and the plumber came out to look at it. The guys who cut the wall out told my daughter that they had to take a marble slab off to fix it (the plumber did not say this). My daughter told them that she will tell me and I will talk to Mr. [redacted] about what I wanted to do. I told Mr. [redacted] that I wanted an itemized bill for what the expenses would be and what would be done. For the first job he did and the other odds and end jobs he had done around my mothers house he never gave me an itemized bill which I was not happy about but I still paid him with a check thinking that the job was completed with what he had told me that would be done. After receiving the itemized bill of what he would need to do it seemed like he just wanted me to pay for the things to be fixed correctly which was suppose to be fixed the first time. I had my daughter call the plumber we usually use and he recommended someone else to come out which they did and he had to do cocking. It was still leaking and our plumber came out and saw exactly where it was leaking and had to [redacted] in another area of the shower. So what Mr. [redacted] was saying what needed to be done was not so and wanted me to pay him more money for something that was never fixed correctly the first time when we spoke about what he would be doing to fix the problem.Desired Settlement: All I want is to be paid back for what I paid him originally plus the cost of having to have the other plumbers come out to fix the leaking problem which was never fixed in the first place and the cost to fix the whole in the wall to be put back together.
