Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Let me make one thing perfectly clear--The BAR closed the case not because your paperwork was in order but because the RV was not in the state to be inspected by one of the state officialsI was instructed to open a new case and reference the old case when I return and they will proceedI will be doing that as soon as I returnThere will be another case and another field visit from the BAR to your shopI did make a complaint with the BAR right after I picked up the RV from your shopYou can go round and round Mr*** but the fact still remains, your work is sub standard and you used the fact that I needed my coach back to strong arm me into paying youYou have not offered a single solution to rectify the situationI am using the Revdex.com in hopes that they can mediate this situation before I proceed further

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
MrCooley's claims could not be farther from the truthThere were things that were added to our invoice with no authorization and I have people that witnessed me having a heated conversation with himI told him to not do any of the extra work and that I would do it myselfThere was work that was not completed that was paid for and sub par work that had to be redoneI have attached an estimate from a reputable nationwide shop addressing the deficienciesThe repair to the oil pan that your company damaged is not safe and not acceptableIt will cost more to fix the damage than your original estimateI have photo documentation of parts that were charged on the invoice do not match the parts on my RV--it is questionable if these things were even doneI was unable to have the BAR inspect my RV because I was out of state. There have been no refunds from RV Specialists or from my bankI did however have a temporary credit that was reversed as stated in a letter sent to me on 9/29/I have attached that letter.Mr*** knows very well why I am making a complaint and that I have not been refunded. Please see attached

As Stated in my response, there was no worked
performed by RV specialists that was not authorizedMr*** signed the
completed invoice stating that authorization was made in advanceIf there was
any Heated Discussion I was not a party to itI saw an estimate from Camping
World but don't remember anything on there about any work actually being done
If he has proof that he had any of the work that we did redone within the 90-day4000 mile period, we would refund that amountThey have already recovered over
$ The oil pan was repaired with parts from Cummins, and according
to their repair guidelines Is there any proof that we actually damaged
the oil pan? But we repaired it as a good will gestureI don’t know which
parts he claims don't match but that would have been something he should have
provided to BARBAR investigated his complaint and found that all paperwork
was in order and closed the case. Show me actual invoices showing
that the work we did was redone within the day period, in excess of the
money they have already been refunded and I will also refund that

To start out with. We never had a contract with Mr [redacted]
[redacted], his name never appeared on the invoice. Second he never paid a dime,
the invoice was paid by Mrs [redacted] and [redacted].
On 4/20/2015 [redacted] dropped off their 2008 Travel
Supreme to have a number of things...

repaired. A copy of the original estimate
signed by Mrs. [redacted] is enclosed. Over the next couple days worked proceeded
and there were a few things added to the original estimate and were authorized
by  Mr. [redacted]. Both Mrs. [redacted] and
Mr. [redacted] picked up the Motorhome on 4/28/2015 and we went over all the work
that was performed and Mr. [redacted] signed the final work order in two places
acknowledging the revised work that he authorized and that he was satisfied
that the work had been done. We have had no further direct contact with either
Mrs. [redacted] or Mr. [redacted]. We were notified by the Bureau of Automobile
repair that Mr. [redacted] had filed a complaint and we were contacted by John [redacted]
who came out to the shop and reviewed all the paper work with me. He found all
of the paperwork to be in order with the correct signatures authorizing and acknowledging
that the work had been done. Mrs. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] were given the
opportunity to provide The Bureau with documentation and proof that any of the
work performed was done incorrectly, or without authorization, they could not provide
any documentation and the Bureau closed the case. The
original quote #1 signed by Mrs. [redacted] listed the items they wanted serviced.
As the work was being performed we found a problem with the inverter not
charging the new batteries we had installed. Mr. [redacted] was called and authorized
the repair. Note the revision authorization signature on page two of the final
invoice #2. His signature is proof that he was informed of the other problem
and authorized the work. The only other item not listed on the original
estimate was the oil pan drain plug and we preformed that repair at no charge. Again,
Mrs. [redacted] has not provided us with any proof that anything we did was done
incorrectly or without proper authorization and we have included documentation
supporting that.
Mrs. [redacted] filed a dispute Case [redacted] and 2147.45
was refunded to her credit card on 09/02/2015 Mr [redacted] filed a dispute with
the credit card company and was credited 2201.44 to his account. To date they
have not paid nothing so I don’t know what he is complaining about. This is the
first notice either I or the BAR have been notified of any damage to the Coach
while it was here. Why did he not mention the damage to the BAR in his initial complaint? If there was damage done while it was here I should have
been notified in a reasonable time. Not 6 Months later. If he wants to file a
complaint for damages he can do so with my Insurance company.
Thank You,
[redacted]
