A & H Precision Tree Service

Co cut down tree which severely damaged foundation of house. Tree growing back, Co refuses to respond to calls, and I fear more damage to my homeFour months ago I hired A&H to cut down a tree whose roots have severely damaged the foundation of my home. After having had the foundation repaired, I hired A & H to cut down the tree to prevent any further damage. They charged me $3500.00 and with all the delays for one reason or another (employees sick etc.) the process was finally complete in two weeks, they were paid in full. I asked about the root system and was told that there was something that could be injected into the roots to insure that it wouldn't grow back, I thought that was a good idea and verbalized this to the owner ([redacted]) anything to save my home. On the final day of the tree cutting process, the owner of this Co. had to hire a company out of Raleigh to complete the job because of issues with his employees, no one from this Co. was present on the final day. I discovered the tree began to grow back and contacted A & H several times, those dates being 7/5, 7/7, 7/12, 7/25, 8/3,& 8/5/2016. Each time I got the voice mail and left messages. Only once during this time more than a week ago did I receive a call back and was told that they would need to look at my contract. That was the last I heard from them and have since left messages, relaying the urgency that someone needs to come out and look at the tree. At this point I believe they are ignoring my calls and each day my I continue to be very concerned about the foundation of my home. They were hired and paid to do a job which obviously has not been accomplished. Desired SettlementI am seeking a resolution to this issue by the co. contacting me, accessing the tree and proceeding in an appropriate and satisfactory manner to resolve this issue.
