We have an appointment with the City of Denver Inspector in a few weeks to address issues and resolution We are trying to expedite this but are not having any success with the inspector, so at this point we have to wait until he is able to meet before anything can be done

A and H Roofing installed a foot section of gutter and downspout The gutter was to be attached running across the wall on my commercial buildingTheir proposal included removing and reattaching a foot section of gutter which was attached underneath a rubber membrane roof I asked to be contacted prior to installation so I could be present at the buildingI was contacted by the installer after he had already installed the new gutter and had a questionI was shocked when I arrived at the building to find that he had run the gutter across the top portion of a windowWhen I pointed it out, he told me that it really wouldn't be that visible from inside the building They very reluctantly (unbelievably) agreed to relocate the gutter which they did leaving the stucco on the building perforated with about anchor holes where the gutter had been attachedThey never had to remove and reattach the other section of gutter as it was level and adequate for drainage to the new downspoutWhen I pointed this out, I was told that I would be given a price reduction which in the end was $50.This same installer then went to my home to install new gutter throughoutMy house was built in and has had substantial settling on one cornerThe installer lowered the gutter as "low as possible" on the downspout end and "as high as possible" on the other endNonetheless, the slope was away from the downspout resulting in water pouring out of the back of the gutter rather than down the spoutA and H refused to address the problem and told me that it was "my fault, because I requested a downspout on that end"I have never worked worked with hundreds of sub-contractors over the years but never one with a lesser professional or ethical standardIn fact, this is the first time that I have ever taken the time to write a review and I do not have a lot of spare time on my hands

These people are criminalsRun away before doing business with themIt took them months to do a roof that is leaking as I write this messageThey were contacted numerous times to come out and fix the issues on the roof where the material was not ahered properly by the manufactures specificationsNo one would get in touch with us and their response was with a collection notice

Difficult company to deal with You call, call, call and get a response, but they never show up when they say they will They started our roof and finished in timely manner but failed to return to finish up gutters until they were called numerous times Was always told they would be out in a day or two, but never showed Takes a lot of phone calls to get them to complete workNow we have a leak in the gutter they installed, and after numerous calls and promises, they are still a no-show Gutter still leaks After numerous calls and frustration with their staff, we have stopped calling Worst service experience I’ve ever encounteredWould not recommend to anyone as they can’t seem to get their staff together to fully complete a job They want their money, but don’t want to complete their end of the deal Terrible!

Today is the first notice I have received of this complaint ( 11-15-17 )  I am not sure where the original email got lost but it never was received.  We are still in the process of completing these projects and resolving issues.  We are working diligently to try and resolve all...

concerns.  We have met at the project and addressed issues and are hoping to resolve with 3rd party inspections anything that needs to be addressed.
