Mr. B[redacted] satisfactorily completed the project for complaint #[redacted] (wrought iron repair/replacement) yesterday, October 6, 2014.

Review: On June 13, 2014, Mr. Heyward B[redacted] came to my home to discuss the repair/replacement of my wrought iron porch. A service invoice was written (total cost $1300)and a deposit of $650 was given. Mr. B[redacted] returned on June 25, 2014, job was executed and the final payment of $650 was given. At that time, Mr. B[redacted] felt that changes might occur and gave me his word that he would return to complete any future inadequacies. Today is August 19, 2014, this has not happened. I called Mr. B[redacted] on July 2, and on several other occasions(at least 8). Although he returned some of my calls, it was always with excuses and promises to return and make repairs. The new wrought iron is not secure and is not safe because it moves(the new wrought iron is welded on top of the old wrought iron), water seeps from the bottom of the old landing, rust still appears and the spray paint job has been insufficiently applied.Desired Settlement: I would like an expert welder to view the work and if replacement is warranted supervise the repair. Partial refund. Completion in 20 - 30 days or less.
