A+ Handyman Services

A Plus Handyman Services did extensive work for me amounting to about $7,800. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. They are very fast, always on time, excellent communicators, did the job with in the time and quote they gave me. Very honest, high integrity, take pride in their work and are reasonably priced. They are now doing work for my neighbors and I have more work I am going to have them do. Wouldn't consider having anyone else! The following is a list of work I had them do. they also did a few extras that they saw. They are very professional and make great suggestions. The hot water heater is better than what I would have bought at much less expense. I am very pleased with them The following is a list of the work they did for me.1. Remove old water heater, provide and install new water heater, repair flooring with odds and ends from kitchen left overs
2. Repair window glass in back bedroom ( clear glass only )
3. Replace up to 3 4x8 sheets of sub floor in kitchen and bathroom total
4. Demo old tile and carpet from kitchen, laundry room and bathroom
5. Supply and install vinyl wood planking in kitchen , laundry room and bathroom
6. Patch and repair all popcorn ceilings
7. Paint all ceilings in home with white kills paint
8. Repair 2 electric switches
9. Repair backsplash in kitchen on sink wall
10. Replace cabinet floor in kitchen sink cabinet
11. Repair toe board on sink cabinet wall
12. Demo all carpet and padding from home and haul away, sweep clean
13. Haul away all construction debris

When you engage with any contractor to do a certain job large or small , it can be an exercise in futility, or sheer frustration, even a momentary lapse in judgment on your part (don't choose wrong) in trying to find a solution to the problem of finding a dependable person who communicates clearly, verbally and in writing, who can effectively solve many small and mundane problems at a very reasonable investment.
I would not hesitate to use these folks again for large or small projects.
