I am rejecting this response because:
I have a legitimate complaint I paid Rafael a check in advance for $447.90 in which $250.00 went towards the three treatment of fire ants and he didn't finish the work. He was to fix the inside of my toilet tank in my bathroom and change a pressure valve on the hot water heater for a cost of $447.90. He fixed the toilet tank and changed the pressure valve and two ant treatments. If as Rafael G[redacted] states that he came to my house on several occasions? I had given Rafael the gate pad number to get onto my property that he had given [redacted] (he was the person that sprayed for ants not Rafael).On October 17, 2017 Rafael states that he came to my house to do a final ant treatment? That's a lie! My gate was open that day because it wasn't working properly. I had called the person that had installed the gate to fix my gate because the pad wasn't working properly. I have an email that Rafael states Rafael states he came do do final ant treatment and you were not there at all? Liars can't remember what they say. The reason I gave you the gate pad number was because I told you that I wouldn't be home that you can have [redacted] spray for ant treatments and [redacted] did open the gate with the number I gave him. If I was so very aggressive towards him as he so states? If that was me? I would have said look [redacted] I am no longer coming here because of your aggressiveness. I was never aggressive towards him.That's funny! That Rafael states that he came to my house four hours driving to my house? I spoke to my [redacted] today Oct.19, 2017 and he had advised me that was pretty stupid giving him money in advance. You should wait until the job is completely done before you paid him. He had had said to call Rafael and ask him to finish the last ant treatment then I will apologize to Revdex.com. I called Rafael had said NO you apologize first then maybe I will come out. It stands that Rafael owes me $83.33 for not doing the last ant treatment. I tried to rectify the problem and Rafael is the aggressive person that will not finish the ant treatment. He says said he will take me to small claims court.  In closing I received an email from Rafael stating he had talked to his lawyer this morning and asking him to file a complaint for deformation of character do to the fact you have filed a claim with Revdex.com under false claims?All I say is that Rafael was paid in advance for the work and the work was not completely done as promised. Mr. [redacted]. [redacted]  I do admit that I forgot to open my door where the hot water heater is (outside in a shack-against the house). But! Rafael did work on my toilet bowl tank. I have an email stating to him that he ruin my towel (the 2000 flushes that is my tank). I wrote an e mail telling him this. Rafael had said on the phone that he would replace the towel. But! I am honest I told him I washed the towel and you do not have to buy me a new towel.
