Bought *** for duct cleaning. Shawn called Sat Nov 24th as promised at time he promised. Point of call was to book appointment that day but he told me his truck has broken down and maybe can be fixed. A few hours later he called back to say his truck will not be fixed. We rescheduled cleaning for Sat Dec 1st at 9am. Shawn called me that day at 10:30am to say he could be at my place at 4pm. I explained that was too late and we had a 9am appointment which he denied making. We then rescheduled for Sat Dec 8th at 9am. SHAWN NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP. 8 days has gone by with NO PHONE CALL. Luckily *** worked with getting my money back. I will be doing better research before choosing companies like this again....
I got $2047.50 charged for their two hours work which contained
#1. Duct cleaning
#2. PRV replacement
#3. Strips cleaning for the furnace
And got defective installation, recalled the service provider three times to fix water leaking issue.

You were there because the installation was defective. It caused serious water leaking issue.
This does not change the fact you over-charged me which is $2047 for two hours work.
That is a different thing.
DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS - HIRE SOMEONE ELSE! These guys took advantage and sold me parts I didn't need, and in addition, they charged me 800% over the cost of those parts. Thankfully I found another trustworthy company to help me with my furnace issues, *** Worst experience ever!

Hi please contact our office regarding the part and pricing , we love to hear the details and if some other company told you something different they are just trying to put us down and I am sure they would have charge you the similar price , we have serviced many customers over the years and our price has remaind comparable.thank you .
