Customer placed an order on 8/24/(with standard shipping, not express shipping) for an item that was out of stock, with an estimated in stock delivery within 5-business days. On 8/31/item was back in stock and immediately shipped out to customer via USPS tracking
#*** Online tracking (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=***) confirms that item was delivered on 9/2/(within business days as promised). Customer contacted us on 8/31/to inquire about the status of her order and we informed her that it had already shipped and we explained to her that the item was estimated to be delivered by 9/2/as promisedCustomer was also advised if she no longer wanted the item she could return it unopened by 9/16/for a full refund =================== =================== If you have any other questions please let us know Regards, Clearlight Security
My credit card company got them to refund my payment. I still think the company is a deliberate ripoff, but, with effort from the Revdex.com and my bank I got what I wanted so my complaint should be closed*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is NOT true. The standard shipping was advertised as free and the camera was advertised as available for shipment. I do not like security gadgets being available to unknown persons, so I requested 2-day shipmentMy credit card was charged for the 2-day shipment. Also the company charges $which is over 100% mafor a 32GB SD card that Best Buy sells on sale for $The SD card sold by Clearlight is the lowest possible quality, not the upgraded one. The company is guilty of misrepresentation and unfair business practices.
