A Head Plumbing is amazing! The owner has done work in my home on several occasions and is always prompt, efficient and reasonableHe has installed a new water heater, a new toilet, repaired a shower valve, completely redone my plumbing under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room I would recommend him to anyone
First of all I never contracted with this customer for his master bath, he is 100% lying, I did do his hall bathroom in which he was very happy with, I do not do tile and he contracted with
another company to do that portion of the job, my work was perfect as far as the plumbing goes, while me and my crew were there working we smelled marijuana and saw his high school children with some friends smoking it in the house, I figured Mr.*** would discipline them for this instead he laughed about it like it was the thing to do, he even asked me if I liked the air freshener, I cannot believe this guy owns and sells insurance to customers, when I did not agree with him he got very defensive, he held 1,dollars out of my money for which he said he has been burned by other contractors before until he purchased the hall bathroom faucets I was to return to install the faucets, I asked him to leave of my money the day I was scheduled to come install the faucets he told me complete the job and we will talk about the money, this angered him and he told me if I were to come to his house I would be arrested, I believe that he is angry that he feels like I judged him over allowing his minor children to do drugs, if anything he owes me money for work completed however we only had a verbal agreement so I cannot collect

As for FREE requests I am unaware of ANY!! I did have him do some side work, fix a leak in a pipe for which I paid him $100. As for being completely polite, well refer to the text messagesAlso during our last phone call I patiently listened to what he had to say and then when I wanted to speak he continually spoke over meI had to hang up on him because I could not carry on a conversation with him.As for being in his way for the ENTIRE project, another lieIt is my right to inspect the progress of work going on in my houseI occasionally went into the area to ensure the work was being completed properly.When we initially contracted with MrH*** * did verbally indicate that we would be interested in him doing our other bathroom alsoThis was on the assumption that his work and CUSTOMER SERVICE were good on the first projectThe work was done satisfactorily however, we had German made faucets installed in the shower and he was unfamiliar with them.MrH*** customer services skills are lacking to say the leastHe was suppose to show up to our house one evening to do some work and never showedHis excuse was he had to go to his son’s football gameIf he would have told us this in advance we could have made other arrangements but he did not and we waited and waited for him to show.Once again his customer service was terrible at bestI am NOT going to hire someone like this again to do further work in my house. The alleged plumber is lying through his missing teeth. His story about my high school son, a varsity football player, was totally fabricated? I have no idea where he came up with that total lie. He says he did not have a contract but he did. The VERBAL agreement (witnessed by my wife and daughter) included entirely replacing the shower and tub in the master bathroom. The only reason I agreed was he alleged he had competent contractors to complete every facet of the job. I am NOT a contractor NOR do I want to be. But, NOR is Head. He is a "hack" that lies to little old ladies and then holds them hostage once the bathroom is a disaster. He tore out all existing show and tub structures. Then, he stalled for over 30 days because the TILE contractor he promised would do the job would not or could not do any tile. Then, the tile person installed the shower floor. My other contractor looked at the shower floor and said to remove as it was totally un-level and would not drain properly. He indicated the shower floor that Head's friend installed was the worst job he had ever seen and NO other tile contractor would warranty any further work unless that shower floor was totally torn out. Head then said "get the tile done by some other person as my guy can not or will not do the work". First mistake was depending upon head for anything. Once I contracted with a competent tile person, that is when Head demanded CASH as he does not pay ANY taxes on the work he performs at most locations. He demanded $1,000 CASH be waiting or he would not do any further work. This was after paying him $1,000 to tear out the existing structures. He verbally agreed to $1,000 down payment and balance upon completion. Since most of what he promised was incorrect and sub-standard work, I would not provide another payment until completion. I knew he would not do it correctly if paid in advance. Head has many optional remedies should he believe he is not paid for his work. He has not exercised any of those remedies because he was not owed anything and the registrar of contractors was terribly upset with his sub-standard work. I filed a complaint with the registrar and provided photos of the condition that he left my home for over 30 days while he looked for some workers to help him complete the job. He told me I had to pay him so HE could pay his help to complete the job. I said, are you a business or not? I am NOT funding your payroll because you are unable to do so. The job was to be completed before ANY more money would be paid and head agreed to that prior to starting the work. The work in my hall bathroom was NEVER actually completed. He kept promising to finish that bathroom but never did. It was missing pieces of tile from some other incompetent tile person he uses. The fawcet does not work properly and the temperature varies continuously because he does not know how to install a bathroom fixture. This alleged plumber takes total advantage of homeowners when the job is at the DISASTER stage knowing you will do what he wants. I would not allow his amateur attempts at extortion and decided to pay competent contractors to complete the work at HALF the price head had quoted. His work is sub-standard, he is never on time or where he says he will be, he has excuses like "truck broke down" or "my kid is sick" to stall doing the work because he spends the money the day he gets paid and then does not want to do the work or complete the job and he tries to extort the homeowner whenever he can for MORE money when the original agreement did not change whatsoever.
