I hired *** and his crew to do a clean up on my rental property in Glendale AzI was extremely hesitant because I was not able to meet with him in person and was even more hesitant to send him money without anything other than a conversation over the phoneHe said because I was from out of state he needed to be paid up front with a check so that I could also have something for my records and once the check had cleared he would do the clean up then afterwards send me before and after photosI agreed and sent him the a checkHe immediately sent me a receipt with his business into a d license numbers which made me feel betterOnce the check cleared I recieved an email with before and after pictures of the work he had doneHe sent me roughly pictures of both before and afterHe also found what I thought to be several huge leaks and took pictures of those to notify meI thought that's where the scam is! But noHe said he went ahead and fixed the leaksI asked him how much and he said they were minor leaks and his crew fixed them on the job and didn't use any major partsOverall I am extremely happy I have found a person with good business sense and a company that is honestI have already asked him if his crew can do regular maintanence in the home until it is rentedI refered him to my brother who also owns a home in Arizona and he had a similar experienceVery trustworthy and I will say that everytime I call he is the one to answer
