Bridesmaid in the group. We measure Bust, Waist and Hips. Now when comparing it to our size chart that is specific to the Designer S[redacted], She was measuring into a size 18, but with instructions from the bride and bridesmaid herself, the bridesmaid was going to be 9 months pregnant at the time of the wear date. So with that being said we had called the company to see what size would be recommended to accommodate for the pregnancy as well as our Seamstress who has been a seamstress for over 20 years and works in our boutique as an Independent Contractor  .On 4/18, There are notes stating that we had contacted this bridesmaid leaving a message about picking a size now knowing that she will be pregnant along with the new ship date. Bride okayed the sizing. This is standard protocol for our Bridal Boutique, We discuss the process from the beginning when they first come in to choose the dresses, from sizing , the standard timeline for dresses to ship and the alteration process how they are not included but we provide a seamstress. Bride has not expressed any un-satisfaction with the company throughout the entire process. We have done what policy states to measure and recommend a size, however, they are to choose whatever size they want. When Dress arrived, We contacted the Bride letting her know it had arrived on 6/30. On 7/8 Melissa had called in to let us know that her mom will be picking up. From then on, we have not heard anything from the actual Bridesmaid herself until now.

Review: I ordered a NEW dress for my Finiances wedding and the store owner tried to give us a USED floor model that was the wrong size. First she stated she was an authorized rep and would order a dress but I come to find out that they are not authorized. The owner lied about the product and insisted on forceing a my finiance to take a used dress that was 6+ sizes off and they we had to pay extra for alteations. I attempted to call her about the situation and she refused to give a refund. I am now forced to pay extra for a rush order on a dress, and extra charges for rushed alterations because she lied about ordering a dress. She also hung up on me and refuses to help in anyway. I beleive fraud is occuring and she taking advantage of young innocent brides.Desired Settlement: She needs to give a full refund, as there is no time to wait to see what does about the dress, it is not fair that the owner of a heats desire to fouce us to have a used dress
